Shipping

We offer local delivery for a flat rate of $10 to Alma, Arthur, Elora, and Fergus, Ontario provided your address is in the radius we have selected for that region.

All other locations in Canada are shipped via Canada Post.

Shipping to locations outside of Canada are not available at this time.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

For delivery outside of Ontario, please allow 10-12 business days after processing.

In the event of a high volume of orders or Canada Post delays (holidays volumes or inclement weather), shipping may be delayed by a couple days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for Canada Post. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
